Report Description:  The Enterprise Maintenance Activity Report provides a comprehensive list of all maintenance tasks performed within a specified date range. It includes details such as the maintenance type, reason for the task, start and end dates, duration, status (open or closed), creation and closure timestamps, responsible user, and any remarks associated with each maintenance activity. This report helps track and manage maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues across the property.

Date Range: This report can render the data for up to 365 days past or future

  • Export:  ability to download and save the file into an alternate format.

  • Filter:  filter a range of data based on criteria defined by the user.

  • Highlight:  also known as conditional formatting is the ability to highlight certain values making them easier to identify.

  • Grouping:  ability to view the data grouped by:  All, Room Number, Maintenance Type, Reason, Status, Username.

Available Configuration:

  • User Preferences:  allows the user to customize their report view by repositioning or removing columns.

  • Property Preferences:  allows the property to customize the report view for all users by repositioning or removing columns.
