This report is a critical audit tool for monitoring operational efficiency and loyalty program fulfilment, specifically capturing when Diamond or Platinum Elite members receive complimentary upgrades. By distinguishing between standard room assignments, paid upsells, and complimentary upgrades, management can ensure transparency, track added revenue, and maintain accountability for guest service benefits.

Tracking Logic:
Complimentary Upgrade: Correctly logs as "Complimentary Upgrade" when selected during the check-in flow for eligible Elite members or via manual assignment.
Upsell: Logged when a paid upgrade is processed, showing associated "Added Revenue."
Standard Assignment: Logged as "Room Assignment" when no upgrade/move logic is triggered.
