Add Event Type

Select the property on HK Home and click on EventKey Manage Events.

Expand the Events Setup menu and select Event Types.

The Event Types page displays.

Colour coding: Types that have green at the left are active, those colour coded grey are in draft form and inactive.

Select Add New.

The Add Event Type popup activates.

Note that Active (upper right corner of the popup) is toggled on by default for the new type. To create a draft type that is not available for selection, toggle Active off.

Enter the applicable name in the Suggest a name for the event type field.

Enter the applicable code in the Define a unique code for the event type field.

Select the applicable Cut Off Policy.

Add Description text if applicable.

Select Public Space Price Plan and Public Package Price Plan

Select Save.

The popup will close and a success message will be displayed, indicating that a new Event Type has been added to the list.

Note: The list is sorted alphabetically by default.
