Change Booking Status

Select the property on HK Home and click on EventKey Manage Events

Select the applicable Event Booking

Select Actions and choose the next booking status option.

To change a PROSPECT booking to TENTATIVE status, select Tentative

To change a TENTATIVE booking to CONFIRMED status, select Confirm

Confirm Event pop screen will be displayed to continue with the confirmation, so select Continue.
