Cut Off Policy Setup

Select the property on HK Home and click on EventKey Administration

Hover on Policies and select the Cut Off Policies option.

The Cut Off Policies page loads.

Select the Add New tab.

The Add Cut Off Policy popup screen is displayed.

Enter the applicable Name and unique Code identifier for the new cut off policy.

Use the plus and minus sign controls to Add Number of Days for the policy.

Allow Editing and Default are toggled on by default.

Toggle Allow Editing off if users are not allowed to edit the specified Number of Days when setting up a booking.

Leave Default toggled on if this new cut off policy is intended to be the default policy.

Note: Only one policy of each type can be the default, if another policy of this type is already designated as the default its default status is reassigned to the new policy.

Toggle Default off if applicable.

Select Save.

The popup will close and a success message will be displayed, indicating that a new Policy has been added to the list.
