Select the property on HK Home and click on EventKey Administration | ![]() |
Hover on Events Setup and select the Event Coordinators option from the menu. | ![]() Events Setup Menu Expanded |
The Event Coordinators page will be displayed. Select the Add New tab. | ![]() Event Coordinators Page - Add New Link |
The Add Event Coordinator screen will appear. Enter the applicable First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone for the new Coordinator. Expand the Select Role list and select the applicable role from the dropdown.

The screen will close and a success message will be displayed, indicating that a new Coordinator has been added to the list. | ![]() Success Message |
