The Event Deposit Schedule Report provides a clear and organized view of all financial deposit activity associated with events. It is designed to help sales, accounting, and event management teams monitor and manage deposit requirements efficiently throughout the event lifecycle.
This report outlines key details for each scheduled deposit, including:
Scheduled Due Date – The date by which the deposit is expected to be received.
Deposit Amount – The agreed-upon deposit value for the event.
Payments Received – Actual payments applied toward the scheduled deposit.
Pending Amounts – Any outstanding balance still due.
By consolidating this information into a single view, the Deposit Schedule Report helps teams stay on top of payment timelines, improve cash flow tracking, and follow up on overdue deposits proactively. It is especially useful for maintaining financial accountability and ensuring contractual terms are being met.
Report Date Range: This report can render the data for up to 365 days in the past or future.

Event Deposit Schedules Report – Dynamic View Overview
The Event Deposit Schedules Report (Dynamic View) includes 13 columns of data. Users can customize the view by repositioning or hiding columns using the Configure (⚙️) icon located on the report page.
Below is a list of all available column names along with their descriptions.

Confirmation Number | A unique code that identifies the group master confirmation. |

Cut Off Date | The final date by which the event must be confirmed or attendee counts can be reduced without incurring cancellation penalties. |

Deposit Amount | The specific dollar value agreed upon in the event contract that a client is required to pay in advance. |
| The value is sourced from the Amount Due field on the Deposit Schedule section on the Event Confirmation screen. |
Deposit Amount Pending | The outstanding dollar amount still due after payments have been received and applied. |
| Deposit Amount Pending = Deposit Amount - Sum of Payments |
Deposit Schedule Date | The specific date(s) by which a deposit payment is expected from the client, as outlined in the event agreement or contract. |

Event Contact Email | The email address of the primary contact for the event. |
| The value is sourced from the Email field on the Contact Info Screen. |
Event Contact Name | he name of the primary contact person for the event. |

Event Contact Phone | The phone number of the primary contact for the event. |

Event End Date | The last scheduled day of the event. |

Event Name | The designated name of the event. |

Event Start Date | The first day of the event. |
