📆 Revision Date:

Event Details Report

The Event Details Report provides a comprehensive breakdown of event bookings, organized into four distinct sections to support detailed analysis and reporting needs:

  • All Details
Offers a complete, high-level summary of all event bookings without category-specific filters. Ideal for a quick overview of overall event activity.

  • Sub Event Details
Focuses on individual sub events (e.g., breakout sessions or specific room bookings), allowing for a more granular view of how event components are scheduled and managed.

  • Package Details
Highlights bookings tied to event packages, providing insight into bundled services, pricing, and package-based revenue.

  • Event Details
Displays key event information intended for public viewing, such as lobby monitors or sales boards, to help guests easily locate their event.

By organizing event data into these four categories, the Event Details Report supports flexible, multi-layered analysis—whether you need a broad summary or an in-depth look at subcomponents and packaged offerings.

Date Range: This report can render the data for up to 365 days in the past or future.
