Event Details Report
The Event Details Report provides a comprehensive breakdown of event bookings, organized into four distinct sections to support detailed analysis and reporting needs:
All Details
Offers a complete, high-level summary of all event bookings without category-specific filters. Ideal for a quick overview of overall event activity.Sub Event Details
Focuses on individual sub events (e.g., breakout sessions or specific room bookings), allowing for a more granular view of how event components are scheduled and managed.Package Details
Highlights bookings tied to event packages, providing insight into bundled services, pricing, and package-based revenue.Event Details
Displays key event information intended for public viewing, such as lobby monitors or sales boards, to help guests easily locate their event.
By organizing event data into these four categories, the Event Details Report supports flexible, multi-layered analysis—whether you need a broad summary or an in-depth look at subcomponents and packaged offerings.
Date Range: This report can render the data for up to 365 days in the past or future.

Event Details Report – Dynamic View Overview
The Event Details Report (Dynamic View) includes 37 columns of data. Users can customize the view by repositioning or hiding columns using the Configure (⚙️) icon located on the report page.
Below is a list of all available column names along with their descriptions.

Date (Event) | The first day of the event. |

Date (Package) | The scheduled date on which the package is to be delivered or used as part of the event. |

Date (Sub Event) | The scheduled date on which the sub event takes place. |

Event Classification | Category used to group or identify events based on their type, purpose, or nature. |

Event Confirmation Number | A unique code that identifies the event confirmation. |

Package | Displays the name of the package that has been added to the sub event, such as a catering, AV, or meeting room package. |

Package Actual Quantity | The actual number of items or amount used to fulfill the package requirements for the sub event. |

Package Category | Package Category refers to the classification used to organize packages by type. |

Package Classification | Category used to group or identify packages based on their type, purpose, or nature. |

Package End Time | Specifies when the package teardown may begin and the items can be cleared from the meeting room after the event concludes. |

Package Guaranteed Quantity | The guaranteed number of items or amount needed to fulfill the package requirements for the sub event. |

Package Item | Package Items refer to the named components within a package—such as “AV Equipment” or “Catering Menu”—that serve as categories for related products and services. |

Package Item Details | Refers to the specific products or services chosen as part of a package item (e.g., projector, microphone, or buffet entrée). |

Package Name | The designated name of the package for the sub event. |

Package Remarks | Notes or comments entered by the Event Manager or Coordinator to provide additional context or instructions related to the package or setup. |

Package Revenue | Package revenue for the event. |

Package Start Time | Indicates the time by which the package must be fully set up and ready in the assigned meeting space. |

Space Arrangement | Specifies the physical arrangement or layout of the meeting room, such as Banquet, Classroom, Theater, U-Shape, or Boardroom. The selected setup determines how tables, chairs, and equipment are positioned to accommodate the event’s needs and guest count. |

Space Name | The designated space (meeting room) for the sub-event. |
