The Event Group Blocks report provides a comprehensive overview of all group masters that have been created within the EventKey system. Each group block is clearly linked to the specific event(s) it is associated with, giving users an at-a-glance view of group-event relationships.
This report is an essential tool for tracking and managing group bookings in the context of event planning. It helps users easily identify which group blocks are connected to which events, supporting better coordination, accurate forecasting, and efficient communication across departments.

See which events are tied to each group block
Monitor group activity and ensure alignment with event details
Date Range: This report can render the data for up to 365 days in the past or future.

Event Group Blocks Report – Dynamic View Overview
The Event Group Blocks Report (Dynamic View) includes 16 columns of data. Users can customize the view by repositioning or hiding columns using the Configure (⚙️) icon located on the report page.
Below is a list of all available column names along with their descriptions.

Authorized Rooms | The number of rooms reserved for the group from the transient inventory, guaranteed until the cut-off date. |
| The value is sourced from the Authorized field entered on the Inventory & Pricing screen of the Group Master. |
Confirmation Date | Indicates the date on which the group master transitioned to a Confirmed status, signifying that the group booking has been formally secured and is no longer tentative. |

Confirmation Number | A unique code that identifies the event confirmation. |

Contracted Rooms | The number of rooms allocated to the group at the time of booking, based on availability. |
| The value is sourced from the Contracted field entered on the Inventory & Pricing screen of the Group Master. |
Event Name | The designated name of the event. |
| The value is sourced from the Event field entered on the Add or Edit Task screen. |
Event Total Rooms | The number of rooms initially expected for the group, as estimated by the meeting booker at the time the event was booked. |
| The value is sourced from the Total Rooms field entered on the Basic Data > Group Block screen. |
Group Billing Type | Indicates how the room charges will be settled—whether individually by guests, partially covered, or fully paid by the group master. |
| The value is sourced from the Select Billing Configure Type field entered on the Guarantee Information screen of the Group Master. |
Group Check In Date | Indicates the date on which the group is expected to arrive and begin check-in. |
| The value is sourced from the Arrival field entered on the Stay Details screen of the Group Master. |
Group Check Out Date | Indicates the date on which the group is expected to depart and begin check-out. |
| The value is sourced from the Departure field entered on the Stay Details screen of the Group Master. |
Group Cut Off Date | The final date attendees can book accommodations at the agreed-upon group rate before any unused rooms are released back into general inventory. |

Group Confirmation Number | A unique code that identifies the group confirmation. |

Group Confirmation Status | The PMS tracks the status of the group master as Prospect, Tentative, or Definite, reflecting the progression of the booking from initial inquiry to confirmed event. |

Group Name | The designated name of the group. |
| The value is sourced from the Group Name field entered on the Group & Contact Info screen of the Group Master. |
Market Segment | A group used to classify guest bookings according to their travel purpose or the method by which they were reserved. |
| The value is sourced from the Corporate Market Segment field entered on the Stay Details screen of the Group Master. |
Reserved Rooms | The total count of rooms reserved and confirmed by guests from the available room block. |

Sub Event Count | The count of all sub-events and designated spaces associated with the event. |
