Create a Space Type

Select the property on HK Home and click on EventKey Administration

Hover on Spaces and select the Space Types option from the menu.

The Add Space Type wizard opens. Start adding the Basic Data.

Note: By default, the Active toggle, located at the top right corner of the popup will be enabled for a new Space Type. To designate the Space Type as draft or inactive, simply toggle it off.

• Enter the applicable Name and Unique Code
  (note - the code cannot contain spaces) for the new space type in the first two fields.

• Enter Room Type, if applicable

• Enter information about the new type in the Add Description field.
  

Select Next.

Step 2 is to add the Event Type details.

Select the applicable event types for the new space type. In the case of an event associated with a group block - choose Standard Event w/Block and Standard Event w/o Block

Select Save.

The popup will close and a success message will be displayed, indicating that a new Space Type has been added to the list.
