Property Level Reporting

• TrainKey Sessions Report

  • Report Purpose - To help the property understand what TrainKey topics are being utilized, and who is completing the TrainKey sessions

  • Fields

    • Date - the date the user performed the Topic

    • Username - identifies which user

    • App ID - identifies which application (Frontdesk, Companies, Rate Admin, Rate Calendar, etc)

    • Topic Code - identifies the topic code assigned (base, training, test, etc)

    • Topic Name - identifies which Topic was being performed

    • Total Sessions - identifies how many times the user performed the topic

    • Started Sessions - identifies if the user started the flow

    • Completed Sessions - identifies if the user completed the flow

    • Canceled Sessions - identifies if the flow was canceled

    • Last Access Time - identifies the time the topic was accessed
