Edit or Deactivate a Cancellation Policy

Select the property on HK Home and click on Rate Administration

Hover on Policies and select the option Cancellation Policies from the menu

From the list of available Cancellation Policies, select the one you want to edit.

You can also search from the search bar provided or use the filter to show only Active policies.

Edit Cancellation Policy screen will be displayed to make the edits needed.

After all required changes are made, select Save to confirm.

Select the property on HK Home and click on Rate Administration.

Hover on Policies and select option Cancellation Policies.

From the list of active Cancellation Policies, select the one you want to deactivate.

Note: Search can also be carried out by the search bar provided or use the filter to see only Active policies.

Edit Cancellation Policy screen will appear, click on the Deactivate button placed at the top of the screen.

Note: The cancellation policy can only be deactivated when it is not attached to an active Rate Plan.
