The House Account Report provides detailed information on all house accounts at the property within a specific date range. This report enables property staff to allocate resources more efficiently, identify trends, better manage house accounts and improve their account management process, ultimately leading to better financial management and a better guest experience.
Date Range: This report can render the data for up to 365 days
The report includes the following columns:

Code | Represents a unique identifier or code assigned to the house account |
Company Name | Displays the name of the company associated with the house account |
Company Code | Provides a unique code or identifier for the company associated with the house account |
Open Date | Indicates the date when the house account was opened or established |
Close Date | Specifies the date if the house account has been closed or deactivated |
Status | Shows the current status of the house account, whether it is active or inactive |
Username | Displays the username or identifier of the user responsible for managing the house account |
Total Charges | Represents the cumulative amount charged to the house account over a specified period. |
Total Payments | Indicates the total payments made towards the house account to date |
