The Room Count Summary Report provides displays the quantity of each type of room within the property.
This report helps property staff keep track of the number of rooms for each room type, making it easier to allocate resources and adjust room availability. A summary section that provides a total count for each room type appears at the end of the report where applicable, making it easy for property staff to see the overall distribution of room types at a glance.
The report includes the following columns:
Room Number | room number assigned by the property |
Room Type | room type associated with the room number |
Count | number of rooms of each type |
