Select the applicable room on the Housekeeping tab. |

Select Urgent to toggle urgent status on or off. |

When toggled on, the Urgent indicator turns red. |

On the Housekeeping tab, rooms with urgent toggled on are added to the Priority Rooms section at the top of the tab, with an urgent icon added. Note that the Priority Rooms section only populates when there’s at least one room marked urgent. |
