The All Rooms Report provides a comprehensive snapshot of the current status of every room in the hotel, including occupancy status, housekeeping status, date last occupied, date last cleaned, and last service type. It assists housekeeping and maintenance staff in managing room readiness and cleanliness effectively.

The report includes the following columns:

Column Name

Description

Room Number

Unique identifier for each room in the hotel

Room Area

Measurement of the room's size or area

Room Type

Classification of the room based on its features or amenities

Occupancy Status

Indicates whether the room is currently occupied or vacant

Housekeeping Status

Specifies the cleanliness status of the room (e.g., clean, dirty, in-progress).

Date Last Occupied

Date when the room was last occupied by a guest

Days without Occupancy

Number of days since the room was last occupied

Date Last Cleaned

Date when the room was last cleaned by housekeeping staff

Days Since Last Cleaned

Number of days since the room was last cleaned

Last Service Type

Type of service performed during the last cleaning session (e.g., full clean, refresh)

Next Cleaning Date

Scheduled date for the next cleaning of the room

Next Service Type

Planned type of service for the next cleaning session

Pets

Indicates whether pets are allowed in the room

Smoking

Specifies if smoking is permitted in the room

Accessible

Indicates whether the room is accessible or designed for guests with disabilities

Guest Name

Name of the guest currently occupying the room

Check In Date

Date when the current guest checked into the room

Check Out Date

Date when the current guest is scheduled to check out

Adults

Number of adult guests staying in the room

Children

Number of children staying in the room
