It includes details such as the maintenance type, reason for the task, start and end dates, duration, status (open or closed), creation and closure timestamps, responsible user, and any remarks associated with each maintenance activity. This report helps track and manage maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues across the property.
The report includes the following columns:
Column Name | Description |
Room Number | Unique identifier for the room associated with the maintenance activity |
Maintenance Type | ype or category of maintenance task performed (e.g., plumbing, electrical) |
Reason | Reason or description of why the maintenance task was initiated |
Start Date | Date when the maintenance activity was initiated or started |
End Date | Date when the maintenance activity was completed or resolved |
Number of Days | Duration of time between the start and end dates of the maintenance activity |
Time | Time when the maintenance activity was initiated or completed |
Status | Current status of the maintenance activity (e.g., open, closed) |
Created At | Timestamp indicating when the maintenance request was created |
Created By | User or staff member who initiated or created the maintenance request |
