Top Accounts Report

The Top Accounts Report provides activity details for top accounts during a selected date range.
This report includes the following columns:
Column Name | Description |
Company Name | company or group account name, if applicable |
Total Reservations | total of all reservations associated with this account |
Total In House Reservations | total of reservations associated with this account that were booked in-house (as opposed to an external travel site or service) |
Total Checked Out Reservations | total of reservations associated with this account that were checked out during the selected time period |
No Show | total of no shows associated with this account |
Total Cancelled Reservations | total of reservations associated with this account that were cancelled during the selected time period |
Room Nights | total number of room nights generated by the group's reservations, calculated by multiplying the number of rooms reserved by the number of nights per reservation |
Total Guests | total count of guests associated with this account |
Room Revenue | revenue generated by room charges associated with this account |
Other Revenue | revenue other than room revenue generated by charges associated with this account |
Total Revenue | total of all revenue generated by this account |
ADR | average daily rate for all sold rooms |
Average Rate Per Night | average daily rate for all rooms, including unsold |
Average Revenue Per Guest | average amount of revenue generated by each guest during their stay, calculated by dividing the total revenue (from all sources) by the total number of guests. |
