Cash Guests List
The Cash Guests List report provides a list of guests whose payment method was cash
Date Range: Applies to all reservations that are currently in house, regardless of stay date

Room Number | Room number assigned on the reservation |
Confirmation Number | Confirmation number of the reservation |
Guest Name | Primary guest name on the reservation |
Invoice Number | Indicates the invoice number if an invoice has been generated on the folio (if applicable for the region) |
Arrival Date | Arrival date on the reservation |
Departure Date | Departure date on the reservation |
Company Name | Corporate account name on the reservation |
Folio Name | Indicates the folio name (or number, depending on configuration) where Cash is the payment method |
Folio Balance | Indicates the current balance on the folio listed |
Credit Balance | Indicates the Cash amount posted on the folio |
Outstanding Balance | Calculation: Folio Balance minus Credit Balance |
Payment Method | Shows the payment method on the reservation (will always show Cash in this report) |
Amount | Shows amount of Cash posted on the reservation |
