Room Detail
The Room Type Detail report provides a summary of each room (vacant or occupied). If occupied includes guest name, arrival date, departure date, occupancy status, housekeeping status, rate plan, reservation status, last occupied, etc.
Date Range: N/A, provides status of all rooms for today’s date

Room Type | Room type (code) |
Guest Name | Primary guest name on the reservation |
Additional Guests | Additional guest name on the reservation, if applicable |
Loyalty Tier | Loyalty tier name on the reservation, if applicable |
Arrival Date | Arrival date on the reservation |
Departure Date | Departure date on the reservation |
Occupancy Status | Current occupancy status Example - Occupied, Vacant |
Housekeeping Status | Housekeeping status on the reservation Example - Ready, Clean, Dirty |
Rate Plan | Rate plan (code) on the reservation |
Reservation Status | Reservation status Example - In House, Checked Out |
Pending Status | Pending status on the reservation, if applicable |
Maintenance | Active maintenance on the room number, if applicable |
Last Occupied | Last occupied date on the room number |
