Room Availability Report
The Room Availability Report provides an overview on number of rooms booked vs. number of rooms picked up by room types for a defined date.
Date Range: 365 days in the past, or up to 365 days in the future
Column Name | Description |
Date | Date of the availability |
Room Type Name | Name of the room type (example - King Suite) |
Room Type Code | Code of the room type (example - KZON) |
Total Inventory | Total inventory associated with the room type |
Available | Available number of rooms across the room type for the associated date |
Available % | Available percentage of rooms across the room type for the associate date Example - If 8 rooms are available out of 16 total inventory, the available percentage is 50% |
Sold | Number of rooms sold across the room type for the associated date |
Sold % | Percentage of rooms sold across the room type for the associated date |
Down | Number of rooms down (out of order) across the room type for the associated date |
Down % | Percentage of rooms down (out of order) across the room type for the associated date |
