In House Guest Balances
The In House Guest Balances report provides a list of room rate, folio balance, credit balance, outstanding balance and payment method on reservations that are in house. This report will only show reservations with a positive balance and can be helpful to indicate if there are outstanding reservations with balances that need to be paid.
Date Range: N/A, shows all current in house guest balances for reservations in house
This report includes the following columns:
Column Name | Description |
Room Number | Room number associated with the reservation |
Guest Name | Primary guest name on the reservation |
Guest Tier | VIP tier of the guest, if applicable |
Arrival Date | Date the guest is scheduled to arrive |
Departure Date | Date the guest is scheduled to depart |
Room Rate | Room rate on the reservation, not including taxes |
Folio Name | Name or number on the folio Example - “General” or “12345” |
Folio Balance | Indicates the balance on the folio Example - $500 indicates that there is a $500 positive balance on the folio |
Credit Balance | Indicates if there is positive active authorization on a credit card |
Outstanding Balance | Calculation: Folio Balance minus Credit Balance |
Payment Method | Payment method on the reservation |
Auto Top Off Status | Indicates if the folio will be topped off upon night audit, if applicable |
