The Today’s Guests report offers a snapshot of guests for the current day, including in-house, cancelled, and checked-out guests at the close of business hours. This report provides essential details about guests expected to arrive, guests currently staying, and guests who have already checked out on the current day.
This report includes the following columns:

Loyalty Tier | Loyalty tier or membership status of the guest |
Reservation Status | Status of the reservation (in-house, cancelled, checked out) |
Pending Status | Any pending status related to the reservation |
