Provides a list of user names (operators) and their role, date user was created, date last modified and date user last accessed the system.

Column | Explanation |

Username | username of the operator - typically email |
First Name | operator’s first name |
Last Name | operator’s last name |
User Role Primary | primary role user is assigned |
User Role Secondary | secondary role user is assigned |
Created | date and time the user role was created in the system |
Last Modified | date and time last modified |
Last Accessed | date and time the system was last accessed by the user |
