Occupancy Summary
The Occupancy Summary report provides a detailed breakdown of the total occupancy for a defined date, including room revenue, room availability, sold rooms, room status, guest statistics, and revenue per available room (REVPAR), aiding in monitoring and optimising hotel occupancy.
Date Range: This report can render the data for up to 365 days
The report includes the following columns:

Total Rooms | Total number of rooms available in the hotel |

Sold Rooms without Comp | Number of rooms sold excluding complimentary rooms |
Down Rooms | Number of rooms unavailable for occupancy due to maintenance or other reasons |
Vacant Rooms | Number of rooms available for occupancy |
Clean Rooms | Number of rooms ready for guest check-in |
Dirty Rooms | Number of rooms awaiting cleaning |
Stayover Rooms | Number of rooms where guests are staying for consecutive nights |
Same Day Bookings | Number of rooms booked on the same day of arrival |
Comp Rooms | Number of complimentary rooms provided |
House Rooms | Number of rooms used by the hotel staff |
