Rate Group Forecast
The Rate Group Forecast report provides the revenue, stays, ADR, occupancy contribution and RevPAR contribution overview by rate group for a future defined date aiding property managers in revenue planning and decision-making.
Date Range: This report can render the data for up to 365 days
The report includes the following columns:
Column Name | Description |

Date | The date for which the forecast is provided |
Day of Week | The day of the week corresponding to the date |
Rate Group | The categorized group of rates or pricing structures |
Revenue | The forecasted revenue expected for the specified rate group on the given date |
Stays | The forecasted number of stays or reservations associated with the rate group on the given date |
ADR (Average Daily Rate) | The forecasted average revenue generated per occupied room for the rate group on the given date |
Occupancy Contribution | The contribution of the rate group to the overall occupancy percentage forecast for the given date |
RevPAR Contribution (Revenue per Available Room) | The contribution of the rate group to the overall revenue per available room forecast for the given date. |
