Cancelled Reservation
The Cancellation Tracking Report provides a summary of all cancelled reservations for the property during a specific time period. This report helps property staff identify trends and patterns in cancellations in order to make informed decisions about revenue management and resource allocation.
Date Range: up to 365 days in the past or future
The report includes the following columns:
Column Name | Description |
Cancellation Date | date on which the reservation was cancelled |
Cancellation Time | time at which the reservation was cancelled |
Confirmation Number | confirmation number for the cancelled reservation |
Cancellation Number | unique number assigned to the cancellation |
Group Number | group number associated with the cancelled reservation |
Billing Type | billing type for the cancelled reservation |
Guest Name | name of the guest associated with the cancelled reservation |
Source | source of the reservation |
Arrival Date | arrival date for the cancelled reservation |
Number of Nights | number of nights for which the reservation was cancelled |
Cancellation Reason | reason for the cancellation |
Cancelled Charges | total amount of charges that were cancelled |
Cancellation Fees | amount of any fees associated with the cancellation |
