This report provides valuable insights into the usage and occupancy trends of each room, helping management to analyse occupancy patterns, guest preferences, and revenue generation for each room. This information can be used to optimise room pricing, target specific market segments, plan maintenance schedules, and improve overall guest satisfaction.
Date Range: From past to the current date
This report includes the following columns:
Column Name | Description |
Room Number | specific room number in the property |
Confirmation Number | unique identifier or reference number assigned to each individual reservation |
Reservation Status | status of the reservation (e.g., completed, canceled, no-show) |
Group Number | unique identifier or reference number assigned to a group reservation if the guest was part of a group booking |
Group Code | Unique identifier for the group |
Guest Name | full name of the guest who stayed in the reserved room |
Rate Plan | pricing plan or rate code associated with the reservation, which may include special promotions, discounts or packages |
Company Name | name of the company or organization associated with the guest's reservation, if applicable |
License Plate | license plate number of the guest's vehicle, if the property provides parking services and requires this information |
Check-In Date | arrival date, or the first day of the guest's stay at the property |
Check-Out Date | departure date, or the last day of the guest's stay at the property |
