The Group Recap By Arrival report provides an overview of bookings for different groups, categorized by arrival date. This report assists management in planning for upcoming group events, allocating resources efficiently (e.g., rooms, catering, event spaces), and identifying potential issues or opportunities for upselling additional services. Also provides the group block allotments and reserved count details.
Date Range: Up to 365 dates in the future, or 365 dates in the past
Column Name | Description |
Group Name | name of the group or organisation that made the reservation |
Group Code | identifying code given to the group |
Group Number | unique identifier or reference number assigned to the group for tracking purposes |
Rate Plan | rate plan the group is using |
Start Date | arrival date or the first day of the group's stay at the property |
End Date | departure date, or the last day of the group's stay at the property |
Company | company or organization responsible for making the reservation or managing the group |
Travel Agent Company Name | name of travel agency that booked the group |
Sales Coordinator | sales person on property for group contact |
Method of Guarantee | payment method or financial arrangement used to secure the reservation (e.g., credit card, purchase order) |
Billing Type | method by which the group's charges will be billed (e.g., direct billing to the company, individual payment by group members) |
Available For Pick Up | number of rooms that are currently available for group members to reserve and occupy |
Reservations | total number of rooms that have been reserved by the group members |
Adults | number of adults staying in the group |
Children | number of children staying in the group |
Room Nights | total number of room nights generated by the group's reservations, calculated by multiplying the number of rooms reserved by the number of nights per reservation |
Cut Off Date | deadline by which the group members must reserve their rooms, after which any unreserved rooms may be released for sale to other guests |
