Linked Reservations
The Linked Reservations Report provides a list of all linked reservations for a defined stay period, including details such as confirmation number, original confirmation number, guest name, check-in date, check-out date, total nights stayed, reservation balance, and reservation status.
Date Range: no limit
This report includes the following columns:
Column Name | Description |
Confirmation Number | Unique identifier for the reservation confirmation |
Original Confirmation Number | Unique identifier for the original reservation in a linked set |
Guest Name | Name of the guest associated with the reservation |
Check In Date | Date when the guest checked into the accommodation |
Check Out Date | Date when the guest is scheduled to check out of the accommodation |
Nights | Total number of nights stayed by the guest |
Reservation Balance | Remaining balance on the reservation |
Reservation Status | Current status of the reservation |
