Zero Rate Report
The Zero Rate Report provides a list of reservations with a zero rate applied. This report is useful for tracking reservations where no room charges were incurred. This report helps hotel staff identify reservations with zero rates and ensures accurate billing and accounting procedures.
Date Range: This report can render the data for up to 365 days
This report includes the following columns:
Column Name | Description |
Confirmation Number | unique confirmation number assigned to the reservation |
Guest Name | full name of the guest associated with the reservation |
Check In Date | arrival date, or the first day of the guest's stay at the property |
Check Out Date | departure date, or the last day of the guest's stay at the property |
Rate Code | a specific identifier used to categorise different types of room rates offered at the property; a rate code can be based on one or more factors, such as the room type, the package included, the booking channel used, specific promotions, or the guest's status (e.g., corporate guest, regular guest, airline crew, a government official, etc.) |
Total Room Rent | total room rent charges on the reservation |
Total Misc Charge | total miscellaneous charges on the reservation |
Total Charges | total of all charges on the reservation |
Total Payments | total of all payments applied to the reservation |
