Report Description: Provides a view of group performance and pickup trends compared to contracted room allocations on a per-stay-date basis. This report eliminates the need for manual reservation counting by providing automated metrics like Rooms Remaining and Pickup Percentage. It serves as a critical tool for sales and revenue teams to monitor inventory, manage cutoff dates, and analyze historical actualized pickup for post-stay reconciliation and performance audits.
Date Range: This report can render data for up to 365 days in the past.

Pickup Percent: If Allocated Rooms is 0, this field will appear as blank or 0 to avoid calculation errors.
Grouping: Ability to view data grouped by: Group Name, Group Number, or Status.
