The Event Pace Report provides a comprehensive view of current business performance by allowing users to measure pace relative to budget and compare confirmed guest room revenue, event production, and package production against last year's actuals. It enables hotel teams to:

  • Track how current bookings and revenue generation are pacing against established budget targets.

  • Identify variances in key revenue streams β€” including rooms, events, and packages β€” compared to the same period last year.

  • Make informed decisions based on year-over-year performance trends and pacing metrics.

  • Spot potential gaps or opportunities early, allowing for proactive strategy adjustments in sales, marketing, or revenue management.

This report is essential for forecasting accuracy, performance evaluation, and strategic planning across departments.

Report Date Range: This report can render the data for up to 365 days in the past or future.

Event Pace Report – Dynamic View Overview

The Event Pace Report (Dynamic View) includes 15 columns of data. Users can customize the view by repositioning or hiding columns using the Configure (βš™οΈ) icon located on the report page.

Actual Last Year” is a historical reference point that shows the amount of business that was actually consumed during the same period in the previous year.
