Print a Customer Statement .ng

From HK Home, select the Companies and Direct Bill module

From the menu options

• Select Accounts Receivable

• Select the Company for whom you wish to print a Customer Statement

Receivables for the company opens.

• Select ALL the open invoices or manually select the invoice(s) you wish to include in the statement.

• Then click on the Download Customer Statement button

Popup loads

• Enter the date you wish to apply to the Statement and select Run

Print popup loads

• Select the Export Type: PDF or Excel

• Click on Export

Customer Statement will load to be printed
