Print a Proforma Invoice - a Preliminary Invoice .ng

A proforma invoice is a preliminary, non-tax-binding document sent to guests before check-in, outlining estimated costs, including room rates, taxes, and fees for upcoming stays or events.

Select Search Reservations to perform a search for an upcoming booking.

Alternatively, select the Arrivals tile on the Dashboard for Today’s booked reservations.

Enter necessary criteria to perform a search for the reservation, then select the reservation.

Open the Folio tab and select the folio that contains where the charges will be added.

Folio Setting screen opens.

Select Print Proforma Invoice

The invoice opens.

In the example shown, you can see the estimated incurred Room Rent and associated taxes for the dates of the current booking.

Note - This serves as a preliminary invoice and may not match to the actual invoice provided at the end of the stay. The final invoice or receipt may include additional misc. charges or reflect shorter or longer stay dates.
